Due to our lines being exclusive and limited edition, we can’t assure that we have the correct stock, so we do not offer exchanges. We do however offer full store credits for the value of your order if your order is returned unworn.
Luv Sky Returns Policy:
At Luv Sky, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes items may arrive faulty or become broken within a short period of use which is out of our control. Therefore, we have established the following returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns Policy for Faulty/Broken Items
- RETURN PERIOD: Customers have a period of 31 days from the date of purchase to return any faulty or broken items. Please ensure that you initiate the return within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty or broken due to manufacturing defects or damage that is not caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
- PROOF OF PURCHASE: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required to process any return. Please include this documentation when returning the item.
- RETURNS PROCESS:
- contact info@luvsky.shop to initiate the return process. Provide details of the fault or damage, along with your proof of purchase.
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage are not eligible for return under this policy. Additionally, items returned after the 31-day period will not be accepted. Returns are not available for change of mind.
- If you wish to exchange a faulty or broken item for a different product, please let us know when you contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection of the returned item is completed and the fault or damage is confirmed.

Can I wear my jewellery in water?
We say for best wear, least amount of water possible however, I wore my 14k gold plated sterling silver earrings all summer in the ocean, pool and shower and they stayed perfect. However, to keep your pieces looking fresh for the longest amount of time, the least amount of water contact is best!
Sustainability:
All jewellery carding is made from 100% recycled materials.
All sterling silver pieces are made from RECYCLED 925 sterling silver and plated in 14k gold for a softer touch on our earth.

Recycled Jewellery:
Our recycled jewellery range is made from recycled sterling silver. This is comprised of off cut metals or metal scraps that have been disregarded in past production processes and are melted down and repurposed into our range! We are so proud to be moving on this sustainable journey and cant wait to see what else we can do!

Do you allow pick-ups?
Unfortunately we are not set up for pick-ups at the moment, all orders are posted via Australia Post
All of your items are sold out, when will you re-stock?
We are a limited edition small business and we aim to only stock our collections once to stay exclusive. For small batch uploads of your favourite pieces, stay up to date on our Instagram - @luvsky.au
