Are our pieces Hypoallergenic?
Yes! Our Luv Sky jewellery range is made from high-quality materials like stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-plated metals. They are nickel-free and designed to be gentle on sensitive skin.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do we ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to New Zealand, USA and South Africa. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Can I wear my jewellery in the Shower or Swimming?
With our specifically waterproof pieces - you can 100% wear these confidently in the shower, ocean, pool and even spray your perfume on them!
For the rest of our range - we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising, as exposure to water and sweat may reduce the longevity of the pieces.
However, as a team we all wear our earrings in the water and they last INCREDIBLE!
How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best:
- Avoid contact with water, perfume, and lotions.
- Store in a dry, cool place, ideally in your Luv Sky pouch or box.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How Luv Sky Ring Sizes Work
Luv Sky rings are sized using standard Australian ring sizes, measured by the inner circumference of the ring (in millimetres). Most of our rings are designed to sit comfortably on your finger without feeling tight or slipping off.
Tip: If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort — especially for wider band styles.
How to Measure Your Ring Size at Home
Option 1: Measure an Existing Ring (Most Accurate)
- Choose a ring you already own that fits the finger you’re shopping for.
- Measure the inside diameter of the ring in millimetres using a ruler.
- Match your measurement to the size chart below.
Make sure you’re measuring straight across the centre of the ring.
Option 2: Measure Your Finger
- Wrap a piece of string or paper snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps.
- Lay the string flat and measure the length in millimetres.
- Match this measurement to the circumference column in the size chart.
Measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
