Luv Sky ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Luv Sky Pty Ltd, ABN 20 678 358 337. We run our online store at luvsky.shop and our stores in Malvern and Geelong, Victoria.

We only collect what we need. Depending on how you shop with us, this may include:

  • Charm Bar bookings: your name, contact details, booking date and time, and any notes you give us about your piece.
  • Payment information: handled securely by our payment providers. We don't see or store your full card details.
  • Account information: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you've signed up to our emails or SMS, and how you interact with them.
  • Website and device information: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, products viewed, and items added to your cart, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages to us: anything you send through email, social media, reviews, or our contact form.

We don't knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or religious information). Please don't send it to us.

  • design a custom piece using our online customiser
  • enter a competition or giveaway

Why we use it

  • process, deliver and support your orders, returns and exchanges
  • manage your Charm Bar booking and send reminders
  • create your personalised pieces
  • send you marketing emails or SMS, if you've agreed to receive them

  • run competitions and giveaways
  • prevent fraud and keep our site secure

Marketing

We'll only send you marketing messages if you've opted in or bought from us and haven't opted out, as allowed under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Every email and SMS includes an easy way to unsubscribe. You can also email us at [email] and we'll take you off our lists.

  • Our booking and customisation tools, which manage Charm Bar appointments and custom designs
  • Professional advisers, such as our accountant or lawyer

These providers can only use your information to deliver their services to us.

Overseas storage

Some of our providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and Canada. When we use overseas providers, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information in line with Australian privacy standards.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. This includes using secure platforms, limiting staff access to what they need, and using encrypted payment processing.

No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll let you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) know, as required by law.
