RETURNS POLICY
At Luv Sky, we are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes items may arrive faulty or become broken within a short period of use which is out of our control. Therefore, we have established the following returns policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Returns Policy for Faulty/Broken Items
- Return Period: Customers have a period of 31 days from the date of purchase to return any faulty or broken items. Please ensure that you initiate the return within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be faulty or broken due to manufacturing defects or damage that is not caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, is required to process any return. Please include this documentation when returning the item.
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: Before returning the item, please contact our customer service team at info@luvsky.shop to initiate the return process. Provide details of the fault or damage, along with your proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. If you are local you are eligible to return the faulty item/s to one of our store locations. This must be the store you purchased the item/s from. You may be required to ship the item back to us at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify the fault or damage. This process may take up to 7 business days.
- Resolution: If the item is confirmed to be faulty or broken due to manufacturing defects out of our control, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item, a store credit, or a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Eligible Returns: Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidental damage are not eligible for return under this policy. Additionally, items returned after the 31-day period will not be accepted. Returns are not available for change of mind.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a faulty or broken item for a different product, please let us know when you contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days after the inspection of the returned item is completed and the fault or damage is confirmed.
